After a lifetime of managing horses and many years of working with high performance horses, Rebecca has developed a well-rounded system for training.
Her knowledge of horse care from working as a top groom early in her career has given Rebecca the opportunity to learn exactly how general management of horses affects their training and progress.
Rebecca is proud to offer horse training, show coaching and clinic services.
Rebecca's Philosophy
From years of training alongside Shelly Francis, Rebecca knows that clear communication is the base of success. Good horsemanship on the ground and in the stable is another key component to success as a top rider and trainer.
She firmly believes horses need to get “out of the sandbox” and do cross-training to keep them happy, engaged, and interested in their day-to-day rides. She loves to take all of the horses in her program out on hacks around the property.
Horse Training
With a patient mind and consistency in her training, Rebecca can educate happy horses through the upper levels of dressage. She is willing to work with horses of all ages and training levels and enjoys the development of young horses.
Rebecca’s main goal is to develop relaxed horses under saddle and in the stable using systematic training that is clear to the horse. She prioritizes keeping them sound in their body and mind as they develop to their highest potential.
Rebecca offers full and partial training plans, and is also available to travel off-site for lessons and training rides.
